I went to see Mariana when she was in Melbourne in June. I was intending to sell my house to reduce financial pressure, and I wanted to make certain I was doing the right thing. Mariana was very positive that it would save me a huge amount of money, and that it was costing me more money than the pleasure I got from it. She told me I would be offered either $820,000 or maybe $850,000. On the day of the auction, nobody bid; however two couples were very interested. After the auction, one couple offered $820,000 and the other offered $850,000!!! Mariana you were spot-on!!! You also said I would leave content but broken hearted. I cried, because really I didn’t want to leave, but then I bought another place the same day. I love my new place and can’t wait now to move to a fresh start with a less mortgage!!! Thanks Mariana, for giving me the encouragement to take the plunge! I do feel sad, but yes I’m content!!!!
